Welcome to Asbuilt Club. By accessing our platform, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

1. Data Ownership & Usage Restrictions

The construction intelligence, project counts, values, and location data provided on this platform are the proprietary property of Asbuilt Club or its licensors.

PROHIBITION ON SCRAPING: You are strictly prohibited from using automated tools, scripts, or "web scrapers" to extract data from this platform. Unauthorised commercial resale of our data will result in immediate termination and legal action in the NSW jurisdiction.

2. Subscriptions & Trial Period

Trials: Free trials are limited to 3 days (72 hours) from the time of registration. One trial per person/company.
Automatic Expiry: After 3 days, access to project data will be revoked unless a paid subscription is active.
Billing: Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with individuals outside of your registered company.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, construction data is dynamic. Asbuilt Club provides data "as is" for informational purposes and is not liable for financial decisions made based on this data.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, particularly regarding data scraping or non-payment.
